This section in ReefBase provides overview information on coastal and marine resources for countries/territories. Much of the information was taken from various status reports, such as those produced by the Global Coral Reef Monitoring Network (GCRMN), as well from UNEP-WCMC's "World Atlas of Coral Reefs". As is the case with many other parts of the database, we are continually adding information to the database as reports become available. Eventually we hope to provide relevant information on all coral reef countries.

Overview Overview information on a country's geography, people and marine and coastal resources. In addition, it includes quantitative statistics on various geographic and socioeconomic parameters.	Coral Reefs Provides more detailed information on the location and structure of a country's coral reefs.
Reef Fish Provides more detailed information on the structure and abundance of a country's (reef) fish resources.	Reef Fisheries Provides more detailed description of a country's fisheries industry, with a particular focus on reef fisheries.
Biodiversity Provides more detailed description of a country's marine biodiversity. Also includes numerical statistics on abundance of relevant taxonomic groups.
